        Site: The Dilbert Zone
Capsule Review: Even the keenest web marketeer has to relax sometimes!
There's no better place to do so than at the Dilbert Zone, which offers a wealth of past
cartoons, articles and other interesting stuff to fill in a few idle hours. Highly Recommended!.

        Site: RSAC
Capsule Review: If you want to make sure your website is accessible to
all visitors, you'll want to give it a RSAC rating detailing the level of sex and violence
(if any) present on the site. Some "safe surfing" packages will block access to
any sites that do not have a RSAC rating. Now that the requirement to display a
"Rated with RSAC" graphic has been made optional, there's really no excuse for
        not rating your site.

        Site: Useit.com
Capsule Review: A great resource by ex-Sun usability maven Jakob Nielsen.
His biweekly articles are archived on the site, and are guaranteed to make you pause for
thought... Learn the Top Ten Mistakes of Web Design and what makes Yahoo! great (fast load
time, mainly). You can also subscribe at the site to receive the latest usability column
in the form of a free fortnightly email newsletter.

        Site: User Interface Engineering
Capsule Review: User Interface Engineering serves up the results of some
interesting Usability studies carried out by groups of volunteers. Most of this site
consists of a plug for a book and some training courses, but there are some interesting
and thought-provoking articles here as well.

        Site: Under Construction
Capsule Review: Practically a shrine to those awful "Under
Construction" pages, Under Construction serves up a mixture of humour and alternative
Under Construction graphics for people who just can't break their obsession with building
web pages using heavy earth-moving equipment.
